The Ringy integration sends every new lead from a form on your website straight into Ringy, so your team can call and text them right away. Setting it up takes two short parts: first you save your Ringy login details once, then you add a Ringy feed to each form you want to send.
Before you start: you need a Ringy account and permission to manage Lead Vendors.
Part 1: Get your SID and Auth Token from Ringy
Ringy gives every lead source its own SID and Auth Token. They tell Ringy which account a lead belongs to.
- Log in to Ringy and open the Lead Vendors page.
- Click Add Lead Vendor. If your website isn’t in the list, choose My vendor isn’t listed.
- Type a name such as Website, add your email address, and save. If you already have a vendor for your website, click the pencil (edit) icon next to it instead.
- Open the vendor’s Integration Details (the dropdown in the top right of the vendor screen).
- Copy the SID and the Auth Token. Keep them handy for Part 2.
Note: The Auth Token works like a password. Only enter it in your website settings. Don’t send it by email or chat.
Part 2: Add your Ringy settings to the website
You only do this once for the whole website.
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Click the Integrations box on the main dashboard. Or in the left menu, go to Forms > Settings, then click GravityCerts.
- Scroll down to the Ringy box.
- Paste your SID into Lead Vendor SID.
- Paste your Auth Token into Lead Vendor Auth Token.
- Click Update Settings at the bottom of the page.
That’s it for the settings. Ringy is now available as an action when you create a feed.
