After finishing your integration connection, you are now ready to create the feeds necessary to send individual form submission to GoHighLevel / Automate365. This is done by creating a GravityCerts feed for each form you wish to send to GoHighLevel.
View your list of Forms by clicking Forms in the admin menu.
In your forms list, hover your mouse over your desired form, then hover over Settings => click GravityCerts.
Click the Add New button to create a new feed.
Give your new feed a descriptive name, such as Create Contact in GoHighLevel.
Select the Action, Automate365 & GoHighLevel.
After selecting your Action, all the available feed mapping fields will display.
Map your form fields to the available GoHighLevel standard fields or any custom fields you’ve have already created in the Contact Fields.
Select your Pipeline Stage, optionally choose to Upload Files, optionally choose a Campaign, or Workflow, or add a Note, or Task.
Adding Tags is accomplished in the mappable left column “Contact Fields”.

When mapping fields within the right column “Form Fields”, you do not have to only choose from existing form fields. The last option in each dropdown is named Add Custom Value. Selecting this option will change this field into an open text field. You may manually enter your own text, or use any form merge fields. Click the icon {..} above the text field to see all the form merge tags.
This is a powerful feature that enables you to group form fields together into one field. (Examples: full name, full address, multiple tags, tags using merge tags, list types of insurance, etc.)
This example screenshot above selecting the Add Custom Value option will add 3 new tags when a contact is created: tag1, tag2, and a dynamic tag based on the person’s drivers license state, eg. license-state-Florida, license-state-California.
