After saving your Live Gaya api key, you are now ready to create the feeds necessary to send individual form submission to Gaya. This is done by creating a GravityCerts feed for each form you wish to send to Gaya.
View your list of Forms by clicking Forms in the admin menu.
In your forms list, hover your mouse over your desired form, then hover over Settings => click GravityCerts.

Click the Add New button to create a new feed.

Give your new feed a descriptive name, such as Send Form Submission to Gaya.
Select the Action, Gaya.
Choose whether the Client Type sent to Gaya should be Personal Lines or Commercial Lines.
Check the pdf(s) you want to send to Gaya.
Make sure to click Save Settings to save your configuration.

What if no PDFs are listed as checkboxes?
If there are no pdfs to choose from, this means you have not enabled any pdfs to be generated for your form.
Click the PDF menu item for your current form.
Click Add New, to create a new generated pdf.

Add a descriptive Label, and enter a Filename for the generated pdf. Additional settings can be configured, but are optional.
Click Add PDF, to save your pdf feed settings.
Once the pdf generation feed has been created and saved, return to GravityCerts, and click to Edit your Gaya feed.
Select the PDF you created in the previous step, then click Save Settings again.
You have now successfully created a pdf that will be generated when a form is submitted, and created a feed that will send this generated pdf to Gaya to create a record.
Advanced Options
Gaya allows including up to 5 pdf files when creating a new record in Gaya. GravityCerts allows you to check up to 5 pdf files to include with your integration.
If you have created multiple generated PDFs, or have GravityCerts Fillable PDFs addon installed, you may choose to include these files to Gaya. All available files will be listed in your Gaya feed settings automatically for you to choose from.
