GravityCerts allows you to pre-populate form fields with your user’s profile information.
To populate a form field with user profile information click the Advanced tab while on the edit form admin page.
Then check Allow field to be populated dynamically.
Below, lists the available parameter names you may enter in the dynamically populate text field. Some fields, such as Name, and Address have multiple dynamically populated fields available. (i.e. First Name and Last Name)
This screenshot below will pre-populate the user’s first and last name into the Name form field First Name and Last Name text fields.

Separate each category, subcategory, and policy type with a comma (,) and use (+) for spaces.
