GravityCerts enables you to integrate your Momentum account with your Gravity Forms. Connecting Momentum is easy and only requires a username & password created in Momentum.
What you’ll need

Momentum API Access Account Types
Momentum provides two API access options.
Option 1
Your login email and password. This is your actual email and password you use to log into Momentum yourself.
Advantages: Ease of use
Disadvantages: If you change your Momentum password you must remember to log into your website and also update your password.
Option 2
A dedicated user in Momentum with role “API Integration”.
Create a new user in Momentum, giving it the role API Integration. Enable create a user, then add an email address and strong password. Save the user configuration.
Use this user’s email and password for your website connection.
Advantages: Not your own daily login username and password.
Disadvantages: Depending on your pricing tier with Momentum, they may charge a monthly fee for an additional user. (A dedicated API user is included with Momentum’s higher tier pricing plans)
Connect Momentum to your website
API connection settings are located in your WordPress admin area under:
Forms => Settings, then click GravityCerts.

Click Test Authentication to verify your email and password are entered correctly. If authentication fails, check your email and password for your API user is correct, then try again.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Settings.
Congrats, your website is now ready send form submissions to Momentum!
